In this Research specialisation you will focus on astronomical data analysis using models and large-scale simulation, combining the fields of Astronomy, Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science.
This 2-year programme consists of advanced Astronomy courses, two research projects in Astronomy, and courses on science topics related to Astronomy. It allows the broadest programme, including a significant component from adjacent fields, such as Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science. The overall goal is to prepare you for conducting independent research in astronomy.
