The Master Interdisciplinary Business Professional is an intensive, ground-breaking one-year international master's programme, designed for ambitious students who are eager to make a difference. You will contribute to solutions and innovations for complex problems that organisations are facing. These problems are interdisciplinary issues that require innovative and diverse answers for organisations that add value to both people and our planet. The programme consists of three pillars: Applied Research, Interdisciplinary Assignments and Professional Skills Development & Ethics. These three pillars are based on the view that the future business professional needs to be equipped with critical thinking skills along with analytical skills to be able to handle complex issues. The interdisciplinary assignments enhance cooperation and communication skills with professionals from various disciplines and backgrounds. The Professional Skills Development pillar focuses on the ability to reflect on one's own behaviour and development and to adapt accordingly.

The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a student-centred system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme of study. Its aim is to facilitate the recognition of study periods undertaken by mobile students through the transfer of credits. The ECTS is based on the principle that 60 credits are equivalent to the workload of full-time student during one academic year.

Admission
Application requirements
Students who are considered as eligible for the master are invited to take an online admission exam. This exam is to gain an understanding of your critical thinking skills, business research method skills and your academic language proficiency. You will have four days to finish the admission exam.
International students need to submit an English language proficiency test certificate: IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge test result.
A bachelor degree or an equivalent degree within the economic domain and related fields.
A 2-3 min. video pitch in which you showcase your background, motivation, and research experience.
